Installation and configuration
Supporting your IT team during installation and configuration of the IDEA or the WPP AddOn. In cooperation with your IT team we do the configuration or we guide the configuration when the IT team want support. Support is given on site but also remote via a teams, skype or teamviewer connection.
Training
When you want to have training for your modeling team in using the IDEA addon or you want to train the WPP users in effectively using the webviewer. Then a training (mostly a halve day is sufficient) is a possibility. Also for these training sessions an on site or virtual offer is possible.
Localisation
When you want to add functionalities to the AddOns specific to your organisation. For example change the layout of the WPP to your companies web stylesheets or adding extra search options in either the WPP or IDEA. We can offer you these modifications on top of the default functionalities
Extensions
When you want to add extra functionalities to the AddOns WPP or IDEA that is relevant for the complete community we can develop these extensions. This is the foundation of the both AddOns. They are developed by functional request from a community of organisations.
